These terms describe the Artistover Founding Providers programme and take effect when published at this URL.
The programme is open to service provider and venue businesses with an active Artistover listing. Event ticket platform fees are not part of this programme.
The provider account must be verified and its payout setup must provide the uniqueness signal required by Artistover before a category place or provisional fee reduction can be reserved.
One provider business may receive one Founding Providers place. Duplicate accounts or accounts operated to obtain more than one place may be treated as one provider business.
The qualifying booking must have an agreed full fee-bearing value of at least £100. Service or venue hire, packages, menus, approved add-ons and chargeable travel count towards the threshold. Refundable deposits, taxes, payment-processing charges, tips and third-party pass-through amounts do not.
An available category place is held before the qualifying payment plan is created. The first successful qualifying payment turns that hold into a pending reservation, so the qualifying booking can receive the provisional fee reduction without exceeding category capacity.
Founding Provider status is confirmed only after full final payment, verified check-out and the 72-hour review and dispute window clear without a blocking dispute. Deposit bookings use the agreed full booking value for the £100 threshold but still require final payment before confirmation.
Enquiries, booking requests, unpaid bookings, failed payments, test bookings, self-bookings and off-platform bookings do not qualify. A provider that is not verified or cannot provide the required payout uniqueness signal can continue with a normal booking at the standard fee and may qualify through a later booking.
If one eligible category is full, a later qualifying booking in another eligible category with capacity may qualify. Artistover does not operate a waiting list or retroactively award or discount a booking that proceeded at the standard fee.
Each eligible category has 50 Founding Providers places.
A new eligible top-level category opens 50 new places from the date that category launches.
Capacity includes valid booking holds, pending reservations and confirmed places. Places are allocated by Artistover booking and payment timestamps. Only the first 50 unique provider businesses to qualify in each category receive a place.
A deactivated category accepts no new reservations. Existing pending reservations, status records and benefits remain governed by these terms.
One Founding Provider award is normally available for each unique verified payout account. Artistover uses a protected one-way reference to enforce this rule and does not store the raw payout fingerprint for the programme.
The same verified person may control more than one genuinely separate business when each business has its own Artistover provider account and payout account. A full Artistover administrator may approve a documented exception for separate businesses that legitimately share a payout account.
Identity documents, raw identity results and payout details are not shown in marketplace labels, campaign capacity, programme emails or public analytics.
A failed, cancelled or expired pending qualifying booking releases its place. A normal cancellation or refund after Founding confirmation does not remove status.
A chargeback, reversed qualifying payment, suspected self-booking, collusion, identity failure, payout duplication or programme abuse may pause benefits immediately for review.
The qualifying booking receives 50% off Artistover's current managed provider platform fee. After Founding confirmation, the provider receives the same reduction on eligible service and venue bookings for six calendar months. The £100 threshold applies only to earning status.
The benefit begins at the Founding confirmation timestamp and ends on the corresponding date and time six calendar months later.
Each booking keeps the fee treatment recorded at its first successful payment. Deposits, final balances and later approved fee-bearing changes to that booking keep the same treatment even if collected after the benefit period ends.
The discount does not apply to payment-processing fees, taxes, refunds, chargebacks or third-party charges.
Founding Providers receive priority handling through Artistover Messages and support operations.
Priority handling does not guarantee a fixed response time, resolution time or outcome.
Founding Providers are eligible for a visible Founding Provider label, Founding Provider marketplace collections and editorial spotlights.
The programme does not guarantee search ranking, permanent homepage placement, a specific number of impressions, enquiries or bookings.
Founding Providers receive priority invitations and access to selected Artistover-hosted events.
Access remains subject to event capacity and event-specific eligibility. It does not automatically include free admission, travel, accommodation or other expenses.
Founding Providers may receive optional access to selected pre-release tools and invitations to provide practical feedback.
Participation in testing is optional. Pre-release tools may change, be delayed or be withdrawn.
A suspension holds the category place, hides the public label and pauses new fee reductions while Artistover reviews the account. Successful identity re-verification may restore a verification-based suspension automatically.
Revocation removes status and frees the place. Reinstatement requires available category capacity and cannot displace another provider or take the category above 50 places.
The end of the six-month fee period does not revoke Founding Provider status. The label and approved non-fee benefits remain unless status is suspended or revoked.
Artistover may request information reasonably needed to confirm provider identity, business relationship, category eligibility or booking validity, and may act on fraud, manipulation, programme abuse or a material breach of Artistover terms.
Important identity, award, fee, suspension, restoration, revocation, reinstatement and expiry messages are transactional account communications and may be sent by email and in Artistover even when promotional email is disabled.
Invitations to selected Artistover events are optional promotional messages and follow the account programme communication preference and unsubscribe choices.
Programme and identity messages are sent only to the affected provider account owner. Booking customers are not told about a provider identity check or Founding Provider review state.
These programme terms supplement Artistover's platform terms, booking terms, privacy notice and any category-specific requirements.
If a conflict affects the Founding Providers benefits, these programme terms govern the programme benefit only. Artistover's other terms continue to govern use of the platform and individual bookings.
